Retreat Policy and Waiver

We want you to feel well during your retreat. Vaccines are not required to attend. If you choose to get the vaccine, please make sure to be done with your last one at minimum, thirty days before we start to make sure you feel healthy. The facility COVID procedures are listed on their website, which you can review here: https://www.yosemitebug.com/covid-19-information/. The yoga room is spacious enough for everyone to maintain distance while on your mats, should you so desire.

I, individually identified above, hereby acknowledge the following notices and grant Stephanie Gibson and Jena Baird (and any additional guest teachers, hosting facilities, or affiliated business entities, henceforth referred to as “facilitators”) the following:

Liability Release:
I acknowledge and fully understand I will be engaging in physical activities such as, but not limited to:
yoga classes, retreats, sup yoga, workshops, treatments, pilates, hiking, breathwork, fitness classes, surfing, outdoor activities, and virtual classes that may involve some risk of injury. I acknowledge that I have been advised to consult with my physician with respect to any past or present injury, illness, health concern, or any other condition or medication that may affect my participation. I assume the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for any personal injury sustained by myself, and discharge and hold harmless the “facilitators” from any claim, cause of action, or liability for damages arising from any personal injury to myself or other persons or property resulting by my participation. This shall not apply to the intentional or grossly negligent acts of your “facilitators.”

I understand that all equipment, props, and products used in the above-mentioned offerings, but not limited to, are of full belonging to your “facilitators” and are to be returned at the end of service, and not to be taken home for personal or communal use.

I acknowledge the risks of COVID-19 (and any potential contagious illness), and voluntarily assume the risk if exposed to or infected by such by attending. I understand that it is not required to be vaccinated to attend and it remains my personal responsibility to accommodate for individual safety. I agree not to attend if ill. Furthermore, I will respect the medical freedom and privacy of everyone else attending; therefore, I will not ask the health or vaccination status of other guests.

Missed portions of the retreat are non-transferable and non-refundable. The schedule is subject to change and your “facilitators” reserve the right to combine or cancel classes and/or modify services and facilitators.

Photography Release:
I acknowledge that I, individually identified above, may be photographed during classes, workshops, and offerings and these photographs, which shall be owned by Stephanie Gibson and Jena Baird, may appear in promotional materials and marketing unless otherwise specified. No person whose photograph is used will be identified by name, nor will any compensation be extended for such use.
